The Gaia DR3 bulk download repository allows downloading of the Gaia data for offline analyses in which the full content of one or more tables in the Gaia Archive is needed. All tables are provided as enhanced csv files. These files are regular csv files with an extra header with metadata added on top in which each line is preceded by the hashtag comment character. If users require classical csv files, they should strip out the leading comment lines using, for instance, a plain-text editor of their choice.

Gaia DR3 contains table views in the Gaia Archive web user interface (https://gea.esac.esa.int/archive/) in order to seamlessly access the simulated data, auxiliary data, and cross-matches from the Gaia EDR3 namespace (released on 3 December 2020). These Gaia EDR3 datasets are also valid for Gaia DR3 and can be found and downloaded in bulk from http://cdn.gea.esac.esa.int/Gaia/gedr3/

The data in the table gaiadr3.vari_planetary_transit, originally published on 13 June 2022, contained serious errors and users were advised on 23 June 2022 not to use them. On 7 February 2023, the original, erroneous table was renamed to gaiadr3.vari_planetary_transit_13june2022 and replaced by a new table with the (original) name vari_planetary_transit.
